What the evaluation form does

Built for trainers who need clean participant feedback, cohort-level reports, and separate access for each trainer or company.

Structured + Level 1

Use the full training evaluation with essential Level 1 questions, or a short add-on when another required assessment form is already completed.

Batch QR codes

Create one cohort per training batch. The QR opens the right form and presets the programme details for participants.

Trainer admin access

Each trainer or company gets its own client code, password, cohorts, submissions, settings, and CSV exports.

Link routing

After submitting an evaluation, participants may continue to the trainer’s chosen public review page, assessment link, or follow-up form.

Results dashboard
